      Best Answer:  Zachery:
      Healthy Blood contains vitamins B6, B12, and C, as well as probiotics and enzymes, which are all fine supplements for a male. However, men do not typically need extra iron in their diets, since they do not have blood loss due to menstruation as women do. Garden of Life Healthy Blood contains 28 mg of whole food iron; a man only needs between 8-10 mg per day. So, you may be getting too much iron if you take this supplement. And, because men absorb iron quite easily from foods containing iron (meat, spinach, potatoes, bran cereal), they typically don't need an iron supplement anyhow. There can be side effects of too much iron in a man's diet. Please ask your doctor or health care provider before taking this supplement. You may want to look at Garden of Life B vitamins instead.

      Best Answer:  Dear Sarah, I always take Healthy Blood and Raw B-complex together. The best thing you can do, anyway, is to try ... just start with 1 of Helthy Blod and Raw B-Complex and than increase to the maximun apport suggested ... and the most important thing to remember is to observe constantly how you feel throughout the entire day and moving accordingly to it ... wish you the best

      Best Answer:  No, it doesnt. There is another vitamin called "Heart Miracle", by Century Systems, that has a lot of good nutrients that are better for the heart. It comes in a 32 oz bottle. It is a liquid vitamin that is also available at the Vitamin Shoppe.
