Not Good for Diabetic or Pre-Diabetic

It has tapioca maltodextrin is around 85 on the glycemic index. If you are pre-diabetic or diabetic stay away .It also has tapioca dextrose which will raise your blood sugar levels. It is unbelievable to me how when a person is trying to improve their health they have to deal with this in their multivitamins. Why cant companies just make a wholesome multivitamin with out all the junk! I have yet to search out the other ingredients, nonetheless, just because it is Non-GMO doesn't make it safe.

This was a very good find for me

I found that I had become intolerant of some foods where I would experience indigestion and other issues when consuming certain things. I started looking at what the causes could be and found that in many cases, a lack of fat soluble vitamins, like A, D, E and K can affect the pancreas, liver and gall bladder so I gave these organic multivitamins a try. Well, I feel better and seem to be able to digest my food a little better and although I can't say for certain it's this particular product, it coincides with when I started taking them, so I'm going to continue to do that.
