Shipped on time!! The box came bubble wrapped. Even though there was paper as filler in the shipping box. They did this to ensure the bottle in its own box didn't break. Thank you!!

Himalaya Bitter Melon
Highly recommend the certified Organic Himalaya brand of supplements. The Bitter Melon supplement is also Gluten Free. It is used to regulate blood sugar. I have found that my blood sugar has stabilized by taking this brand of Bitter Melon. I can feel the difference after about three days at the recommended dosage.

Excellant Product
I have been using this product for a year. I was looking for a product that did not have added ingredients and this was it. It really works for me. I have type 2 diabetes and I take this herb with my meals in between my medication. This herb has a bitter taste but it is doing what I need it to do.

Yes, this is a good supplement
For about two years I am taking bitter melon and it work! I am pre-diabetic and my sugar is controlled. Of course, you must watch what you eat.
