I have been getting compliments on my skin, since I started taking this. I didn't buy it for that, but just to give my body what it needs for menopause. I look at it as an added bonus and my hair is growing faster. I just ran out, was adding it to my cart and decided to read the reviews.

Always felt an ache in my stomach after taking it.
Bought this product in a local store here in Manila.I have been taking it for almost a month now and still every time I'm taking it, it feels like my stomach is bloated and I can really feel an ache for an hour or so. Should I stop taking it? Or will the side effects be gone in a long run?

Great collagen. Good price point, tasteless, great servings, not gritty tasting etc. However, after trying it religiously for a couple of months, I noticed nothing. Since then, I have moved in to a different Collagen Brand!

Best Answer:  Not sure what you are asking. Oh maybe from the fish. Not sure, but would believe it could be from anything on the fish. I have been told traditional collagen comes from everything from rooster combs to deer innards from the processing plants. So I preferred anything fish, as I don't eat meat. But this makes me wonder too. I will go research more of the marine collagen.

Best Answer:  This is from the manufacturer: Our Marine Collagen (mainly type 1 only) is derived from farm-raised tilapia. The fish used are deemed fit for human consumption and guaranteed by health certificates signed by official veterinarians. They only come from establishments registered by the European Union (more stringent than US standards) for the production and import of edible fish. The fish typically come from the following countries: Costa Rica, Ecuador, Brazil, Indonesia, and Vietnam (and may vary depending on market supply). Hope this helps.
