      Awesome product
      I've worked out for years, and was a collegiate athlete 20+ years ago, but after I hit 40, packing on muscle, and recovering from workouts, was getting harder and harder. An ample eval period always giving a new product at least thirty days for bodily function adjustment. It's definitely a 5 for increased strength, endurance, muscle build and energy which has been physically experienced. Still evaluating several other aspects. Better nights rest continues to be absent and originally desired as a reason to use GF-9.

      This stuff is way better than I expected. Started Jan 1 and the amount of strength and yes I'll even say discipline is amazing. I'm 55 and occasionally work out with my 26 year old gym rat of a son. We mainly do chest since the heaviest weight at home is 40# dumbbells. Doing progressive overloads I hung with him round by round. I (in my opinion) did 245 x2 easier than he did. Have a Dexascan in May and can't wait to see the results. Highly recommend. Also, I take at night. So automatically I'm not eating after 7 bed by 9 up and working out by 4 AM. Can't wait to see/feel the 6 months results.

      Best Answer:  It probably would not hurt to cycle . . . I take six capsules a day for five days, and off two. No adverse side effects.

      I am 15 years old and i am 5'6, my dad is 5'7 and my mom is 5'8. I know I am not completely done with growing, but I think I might only grow a few more inches. If i start taking this supplement, will it increase my height to possibly 5'10 and if so how long would that take?

      Best Answer:  Don't have unrealistic expectations for this product. If you take it consistently for months you may see improvements overall. I use it primarily to maintain weight and burn fat (and I am not overweight). It's a maintenance issue. If you stop taking it, as I did recently to see if it made a difference, I immediately put on a few pounds. Whatever it does, it helps. I also think it helps my skin. I'm in my 60's but look 15-20 years younger.

      Best Answer:  I think it did, although I have no data to prove it. Just from looking at myself in the mirror each day for the month that I took it, I feel like I dropped some body fat and felt more energized. I worked out about 3-4 times per week (mixture of running, basketball, and boxing) while on the cycle, so I feel like that also played a role. I'd give it a shot if I were you. I also think that two-three cycles of this would definitely yield better results. One month usually isn't a long enough time frame to really see drastic changes no matter what you're changing in your daily lifestyle. Hope this helps
