  Don't have unrealistic expectations for this product. If you take it consistently for months you may see improvements overall. I use it primarily to maintain weight and burn fat (and I am not overweight). It's a maintenance issue. If you stop taking it, as I did recently to see if it made a difference, I immediately put on a few pounds. Whatever it does, it helps. I also think it helps my skin. I'm in my 60's but look 15-20 years younger.

  I think it did, although I have no data to prove it. Just from looking at myself in the mirror each day for the month that I took it, I feel like I dropped some body fat and felt more energized. I worked out about 3-4 times per week (mixture of running, basketball, and boxing) while on the cycle, so I feel like that also played a role. I'd give it a shot if I were you. I also think that two-three cycles of this would definitely yield better results. One month usually isn't a long enough time frame to really see drastic changes no matter what you're changing in your daily lifestyle. Hope this helps

  No, it didn't unfortunately :-( I just don't think the ingredients are quality enough. Best recommendation high quality vitamins (Garden of Life), couple veggie smoothies a day add Amazing grass SuperFood powder to it (actually really good) and easily digestible foods, you'll feel better and loose the weight that growth factor claims.
