GF-9 WORKS, but be patient

I highly recommend GF-9 to grow more muscle mass!! I am 62 years old and have been working out most of my life, 3:00AM every weekday, but have always struggled with adding muscle to the extent that I want. I have been taking GF-9 for several months now and I am "finally" getting the muscle size that I have wanted! My chest is bigger and fuller. My triceps bulge almost as my biceps now. My back shoulder cleavage is deeper. I have not changed anything else in my daily workout or meal plan, GF-9 was the only change. It takes a while to show the difference, a month or more, so be patient. As I am older it took 3 bottles before real results. And be diligent to take the 4 capsules EVERY DAY even on days you don't workout. And continue your workouts to tear down and rebuild muscle overnight, as this is no magic pill. Muscles take effort. It needs to be continuously added to your system daily or you will have to start the timer over again and wait longer before results. I wish I had started taking GF-9 years ago!

Best Answer: Don't have unrealistic expectations for this product. If you take it consistently for months you may see improvements overall. I use it primarily to maintain weight and burn fat (and I am not overweight). It's a maintenance issue. If you stop taking it, as I did recently to see if it made a difference, I immediately put on a few pounds. Whatever it does, it helps. I also think it helps my skin. I'm in my 60's but look 15-20 years younger.

Best Answer: I think it did, although I have no data to prove it. Just from looking at myself in the mirror each day for the month that I took it, I feel like I dropped some body fat and felt more energized. I worked out about 3-4 times per week (mixture of running, basketball, and boxing) while on the cycle, so I feel like that also played a role. I'd give it a shot if I were you. I also think that two-three cycles of this would definitely yield better results. One month usually isn't a long enough time frame to really see drastic changes no matter what you're changing in your daily lifestyle. Hope this helps
