Directions

Peanut Butter Banana
I never leave reviews. I had to with this one! I am impressed with this protein! It is my first time trying a plant based protein instead of whey protein, and it did not disappoint! I bought it straight from the store and grabbed the peanut butter banana flavor and it's 10/10!! It blends great and no grainy texture at all. If you dislike sweet tastes, go with a different flavor.

Two of my favorite things. PB and banana. I had to try. I love this! My only wish is that it was more than 20g protein. But it mixes so smooth!

Clean ingredients, low carb, great taste!
My whole family loves the peanut butter banana. We used to go to chain smoothie location and get similar smoothie with over 100 carbs. Planta offers clean ingredients with minimal carbs and sugar. The taste is great. We have tried a few other flavors from planta but this one is the favorite.

This is my favorite flavor, and with an added banana, spoonful of peanut butter, and dash of oatmeal, it's incredible. By far the best protein shake and flavor we have ever had. AND it's healthy. Win win.

Mixes well but the flavor is WEIRD! Stick with the Banana Maple French Toast -- deliscious!

Best Answer:  If the 12 year old doesn’t have a texture problem, it would be okay. Use a good milk or plant based milk with Planta. It balances the taste to make it more palatable than water.
