Most pre-workouts are so full of stimulants that they do little more than hijack your central nervous system, often causing jitters, overstimulation, and leave you feeling mentally scattered. Pre-Kaged Sport has changed the game. By providing a thoughtfully formulated combination of organic caffeine, beta-alanine, electrolytes and other performance factors, every scoop helps you achieve peak athletic performance without pushing you over the edge.

Directions

Mix 1 scoop with 8 - 12 ounces of water, 20 to 30 minutes before workout.

Not great
First, 1 jar opened and the lid of the other jar cracked during shipping, so not impressed with the Vitamin Shoppe packing. Second, the product has a horrible aftertaste, and aside from the caffeine, does not seem to have much of an effect. It is probably healthier to just have another cup of coffee, so I will not purchase this again.

Took preworkout for the first time. This was the product I chose. The pump was insane!!! I felt and looked swole asl. Sets and reps were more feasible than ever ! Definitely recommend product tasted amazing as well!

SO TASTY!
I've been on the hunt for a pre-workout that I enjoy and I finally hit the jackpot with this Pre-Kaged Sport! I absolutely love the taste of the grape flavor - so much so that I ordered several more tubs after tasting in just once. It mixes well and has no weird aftertaste. This will definitely be my new go-to!
