Directions

As a dietary supplement, take 2 capsules with 8-10 ounces of water, twice daily, 30-60 minutes before meals. Start with 1 capsule, twice daily, to assess tolerance for the first 3 days, then gradually increase dosage. Never consume more than 2 capsules in a 4 hour period and/or consume more than 4 capsules in a 24 hour period. Do not take within 4 hours of bedtime.

Keep out of the reach of children. This product is only intended to be consumed by healthy individuals 18 years of age or older. Do not use if pregnant or nursing. Do not exceed recommended use. Consult a health care professional prior to use. Do not consume with any other products which contain any caffeine or stimulants. Discontinue after 12 weeks of use, for a minimum of 2 weeks. Reduce or discontinue use if sleeplessness, tremors, dizziness, nervousness, headaches, or heart palpitations occur. Do not consume for at least 2 weeks prior to surgery. Improper use of this product will not improve results and is potentially hazardous to a person's health. Store in a cool, dry place.

Actually lost weight!
I am a very active, 51 year old female. I put on 10 lbs and no matter what I did I wasn't losing any weight. I started taking these pills and I lost 5 lbs in 10 days. Food craving was reduced, sugar craving greatly reduced. I did not have any adverse reactions to these pills and I tend to be pretty sensitive.

I am taking creatine hmb,
I am taking creatine hmb, bulk pre workout and the fat burners. My clothes fit better and my muscles are growing. I can't say I notice any fat loss but I think it's coming

Fat Burner
I just began taking the fat burner. I started with 1 twice a day 20-30 minutes before my meal. Now I have moved on to 2 before meal. No issues. Easy to digest. I have not noticed any significant change or side effect, no jitters or crazy stomach cramps.
