About This Product

Zinc and copper share similar functions in the body. Both minerals are necessary for the development of the enzymes superoxide dismutase, an important antioxidant. A proper zinc to copper ratio is also important for healthy lipoprotein and cholesterol levels. The zinc and copper amino acid chelates in this product are derived from whole rice concentrate rather than ordinary soy, yeast or milk which are commonly used to chelate minerals.

ZINC COPPER WITH KELP&PUMPKINSEED
I would say that this is a good product. I have gained around 4 to 5 pounds since I began taking them. I feel more energetic, my sleep has improved, and my mood has improved. My overall feeling of wellbeing is much better. I would recommend it to anyone.

Best Answer:  Believe me I'm no expert but my understanding is that Zinc is a vital component in treating MAD with a recommended dosage of 50 to 80 Mg a day.In addition I've heard that Lutein, Bilberry, Zeaxanthin, Omega 3's and Vitamins C and E are also beneficial supplements. But obviously check with a qualified nutritionist with regard to efficacy and dosage.
