Directions

Ages 15 and up, take 2 capsules daily with 8 ounces of water or your favorite beverage. May be taken with or without food. Use only under adult supervision.

Best teen multivitamin for athletes
First vitamin my son willingly takes! Doesn't have the awful after-taste that many have. I like that it's specifically formulated to support his very active lifestyle as a water polo player.
