Tablets are too big to swallow whole, even after splitting. I recommend the product, but only if large tablets are well tolerated.
These tablets are too large to swallow whole, and still difficult to swallow after splitting. I had to return them because of this discomfort. I wish that you had the same product in capsule form.

Just What the Dr Ordered
After a bone density test, It was recommended to maintain 1000/500 cal/mag ratio. I found this works well 4 me for once a day.

Great combination, effective high dose
I have looked extensively, this is a very good, higher dose of calcium and magnesium and I like taking one supplement instead of two for these properties. The magnesium is a combination of Magnesium Oxide & Citrate, which, for me, helps with muscles, fatigue, great for keeping my intestinal track healthy.

Easy to Swallow
I've taken this daily for many years. Can't prove but I strongly feel it has helped my Osteopenia from advancing. While it is a large pill, the slight coating makes it easy to swallow. I am one that takes each vitamin one at a time as they tend to stick in my throat.

Best Answer:  They are caplets, a little flatter than some, but sizeable. I take two, one in the middle of breakfast and one in the middle of dinner. I find the breakfast one a little hard to swallow; the water you take it with should not be too cold. I am happy with this supplement. I have been taking it since 1999.
