Too sweet
Purchased these and ended up throwing away. Chewables were sickeningly sweet. Purchased the capsule elsewhere by same company and they were much better. I wish Vitamin Shoppe would carry the capsules in this by Natural Factors.

Best Answer:  It's great for calming and relaxing your mind. I use if if I know I'm going to be in a stressful situation.

Best Answer:  I don't see any problem with that. Theanine is a natural compound in green tea, which helps calm the nerves, so taking even less than a few tablets a day shouldn't be any problem. And since they're chewable, you can easily cut the tablet in half. Hope this helps!

Best Answer:  I'm not sure if this has already been answered but no.It is for calmness and it works great. No drowsiness or side effects, just a feeling of calm. The chewable is great and you can take them throughout the day within the recommended dose for the day. This product really works!
