Great formula!
I really like this formulation. It's the only tryptophan supplement I've found that also has calcium. I take it on an empty stomach with a little orange juice to maximize absorption. I find if I wake up in the night, that combo helps me fall back asleep. It's true that the tablet is quite large, and a bit awkward to swallow, but I got used to it.

Your product seems to be good however there?s no need for all of the filler you put in you make the pills so large that they?re uncomfortable to take.

If that?s one thing that you can take away from my my review would be the size the consistency of your pills.

However you have a fantastic product and I would recommend it to anybody who?s looking for quality product.

Very helpful with my sleep
I take this tryptophan with ZMA, DHEA, Ashwagandha, and Fish Oil thirty minutes before bed. After taking this same regimen without tryptophan for 1.5 years, I added in tryptophan and noticed an immediate effect. It?s not earth shattering, but this helps me sleep through the night and wake up less groggy. This gives me no negative effects, and has a tangible benefit, making this well worth the cost.

The tablet is rather large, so those of you that struggle with that be aware.

Great product! Use it every night.
Really helps with my mix of sleep aids. Herbal and prescription. Have been an insomniac for over 20 years. Finally on Ambien ER, plus Melatonin, Diphenhydramine, and loads of herbal supplements. The topper was L-tryptophan. Great salespeople at the Rochester Hills, Michigan store first turned me on to it! Been using it ever since. Safely. I may add, along with my other "I need sleep" cocktail! LOL! Hey. 6-8 hours now. Versus 1-2, is a HUGE gain for me.

All natural sleep aid
My husband takes this to help him sleep better.He has extremely bad sleep habite & is up about 3/4 of every night.IHe also uses prescription meds but sometimes they don't even work.So he started this supplement about 3 years ago.We aren't very sure it even works but he takes it as directed.I guess I would recommend anyone to at least try this ,& see if it works for you.

This stuff works no side effects
This stuff really works with in 3 days I could feel the effects of a deeper restful sleep also it helps with anxiety which was keeping me from sleeping. The difference is amazing. I take 1 cap in AM 1cap afternoon 3 before bed. This is in the recommended doses. you can figure out what is best fore you. what a difference

The only thing that works to help me fall asleep/stay asleep
I love this product and take it every day. I tried a lot of other remedies - natural, prescription and OTC, but they either weren't effective or left me feeling like a zombie the next day. This product helps me fall asleep and stay asleep. It's the only thing that has worked for me. I woke feeling rested and did not fall asleep during the day. The pill is large, so if you have trouble taking large pills you have to find some other remedy. Overall, I think this is a great product.

Helps with nightmares
I take these at night before I go to bed. Was having horrible anxiety nightmares, to the point where I wasn't sleeping well, which only made things worse. Then I started taking L-Tryptophan, and now my dreams are no longer cringe worthy. I'm sleeping much more soundly and able to get my anxiety more under control. Amazing what a difference being able to sleep makes. Be sure to take these with a little something sugary and take Vitamin B in the morning, this helps get this serotonin building block to your brain.
