Soothes digestion - Ginger (Zingiber officinale) root is guaranteed to contain 1.3% essential oils to ease stomach discomfort associated with travel and stimulate digestion to promote gastrointestinal comfort.

Directions

Adults take 2 capsules daily. Take this product with at least 8 ounces (a full glass) of water or other fluid.

I suffer from nausea. I love this dosage. Higher then others I?ve taken. Had been taking for a year. Ran out and was off it for a few weeks. Big mistake. Nausea got way worse. So back on it I go AND set up autoship so I don?t run out again.

Love this stuff!
I originally bought this to help with digestion because I have IBS. It does help sooth the stomach, but the crazy thing is that it has helped with mood elevation as well! When I take it I get a sensation of feeling very calm & relaxed & almost euphoric! I suffer from depression & I read that Ginger root does in fact help with that. I went back for more :)

Best Answer:  Unfortunately, I have not realized any weight loss. I take ginger root for heel spur pain. It definitely works. I have used it for years. If I run out and have not taken it, the pain will return within a few days.
