Maltodextrin as an ingredient.
I purchased these vitamins in the past and I really liked them; unfortunately the bottle I got this time has maltodextrin in the ingredients.

No nausea
I discovered these prenatals while pregnant with my second child 20 years ago. I absolutely love them! They're gentle on the stomach and you only need one. Recently became pregnant with my last one (hooray for babies in your forties) and they are my go to for pregnancy and while nursing.

Fine prenatal vitamin
After trying a few other prenatal vitamins and discovering I would forget to take them if they were several vitamins to be a full dose, or just not enjoying the flavor of other brands I was glad to find these. It's convenient to only have to take one vitamin supplement, and a plus that the flavor is not chalky as some vitamins can be when in pill form. I've also tried gummy prenatal vitamins, and while they have a better flavor they tend to stick together and become messy to take.

Great Vitamin!!!
I love this vitamin because it never upsets my stomach and gives good quality vegetarian ingredients that are accepted by my body without losing them because they can't be absorbed like traditional vitamins. Love Rainbow Light for all Vitamins.
