Shoot it for best taste
I tried this as a newbie and it dissolves easily if you take it as a shot. I add it to my juice since I bought the unflavored one. If you add it to a shake, make sure you shake it often to make sure it doesn't fall to the bottom. I feel it has been beneficial in my workouts.

I don't see myself using another type/ brand.
Can't complain about anything. It's not gritty in hot coffee btw. Also, I like mine in propel or an Arnold Palmer. I appreciate no other ingredients mixed in. My first creatine powder. I have been using this every day for months and I see how defined my muscles look.

Best Answer:  If you "load" your system (which most will suggest that you do) it will ABSOLUTELY cause water retention. All creatine products do. Loading your system (for example) would be taking 5g twice a day and then lowering to once a day after after 2-3 days when your system is loaded--that is you have creatine supplies built up. I haven't taken it any other way. It does work, particularly for muscle mass increase, which may consequently cause increased calorie burn and fat loss.

I am not able to mix this product with water, the powder just stays at the bottom of the glass even after stirring it many times. is there something else i need to do?

Best Answer:  It doesn't thoroughly dissolve in water. Mixing it with water just makes it easier to consume. It's best to still have the liquid still swirling while you drink, otherwise the creatine will settle at the bottom.
