Ordered this product as I felt I should switch to a 'healthier' i.e. organic calcium supplement. Found this product to be expensive, difficult to take at the times directed, and gave me diarhea. Won't buy again.

This is the gold standard of Calcium!!! I love this product and have been taking it religiously for years. I just discovered that it should be taken mid-day (with lunch) and then with dinner for better absorption, but it has worked for me and I would never stop!!!

My grandmother has been taking this product for over 2 years and had the best bone density test so far! She refused to take the prescription medication offered by her Dr.. He was floored that she had NOT taken the prescription but was taking New Chapter Bone Strength! I have now been taking this as well and am very happy. I did my research on the article listed on another review that claims they have stopped using Algae Cal, this is untrue as my grandmother's local nutritionist called the company directly and confirmed that this is an internet scam. I was concerned that she had been misled and was possibly taking something that could turn out to be unsafe or plain useless. I am sure that anyone can contact the company themselves to confirm. I just purchased another bottle and Algae Cal is listed on the label.

Am dumbfounded- am reading that that IÕve been paying premium for BONE STRENGTH TAKE CARE for last 9 months yet the premium ingredient AlgaeCal is not in it anymore- but some bleached degraded algae that costs much less has replaced it! I hope this isnÕt true, but I read it here

I am very pleased with this product. My bone density test showed that my calcium is very low. But whenever I would take any kind of calcium supplement, it would cause a bad case of constipation, so therefore, I didn't take the needed calcium supplements. But with the Take Care product, I have no side effects whatsoever. This is the first time I am able to take a supplement, and I know my next density test will show improvement. I love this product and I am so thankful for it.

Leonie F: The K vitamins help the body absorb the calcium, particularly K2. I've been taking the BoneStrength algal cal for months. Dr. Oz recommends calcium supplements from algae. No side effects and my blood pressure has sayed the same. Apr 26, 2013
