Great Product
I've been taking this product for about a year and a half. In 2019 and 2021 my bone density diagnosis was osteoporosis. Last week (mid March 2025) my bone density results improved. The diagnosis is Osteopena. I take 1200mg of this product and exercise regularly. I'm very pleased with the results.

They are ok

It's hard to tell if they are helping my bones, but I don't think it hurts to try to help them stay healthy. Especially when you are young, I think we should start doing stuff to prolong our lives. So far, I like that they are small and easy to swallow.

The pills are great . As a 86 year old I need good obsorbtion calcium . I do prefer the slim tabs which is why I didn't give it a 5 star rating

Too many pills to take

So these tablets ARE smaller, but you have to take SIX of them! I'd honestly rather just take 2 bigger tablets than six smaller ones. This isn't a selling point for me, just more inconvenient. I wouldn't purchase it on my own.

These are great! They have really good ingredients into that you consume and they are listed well on the packaging. I do appreciate that the pills are not huge but small and easy to consume. They don't have to much of a taste. The pricing is not to bad for the quantity. The prices are cheaper than GMC vitamins.
