Roberto, if you are suffering from a stroke, or you already had one, then you need a doctor's help to work with you on all of this. You never mentioned if you have a health problem, nor if you are consulting with a doctor. Bromelain is an herb. Sometimes certain herbs can negate, or reduce the effect of one another. Bromelain helps with digestion, if taken between meals. Taken along with a meal, it has an anti-inflammatory effect. Bromelain is also used to treat heart disease, Arthritis, and respiratory tract infection among other uses. I cannot stress on you to be very careful and not to take products just because they are good for this or that. As for Ragweed, over the counter medications ought to help, but again, herbs can affect the meds or vice versa. Also, I hope you do not smoke nor Drink alcohol excessively, because they both affect you negatively. I cannot stress enough that you should see, and consult with a doctor. Doing all this on your own could hurt you in the long run. Before anything, find out what is wrong; it could be a simple solution.

  Not sure of the question Roberto, but I assume you are asking if this product helps with allergies. I have allergies to tree pollen in the spring and will get an awful itchy throat. I have been taking this for a couple of years along with extra vitamin c from rose hip. For me it is helping, but I do take more than the suggested dosage, especially if the pollen levels are higher. I would assume it would help with ragweed as well. I also irrigate my sinuses and that is very helpful. Use a nettie pot, or a nasal syringe. I like the syringe.

  I think Quercetin is great for allergies. You can take 2 cap., 2-3 times a day. It is a great anti-inflammatory & antioxidant!! But I was not as happy with the Vit. shoppe's Quercetin with Bromelain. Personally I like Solaray's Quercetin, 500 mg.

  I have read that tart cherries or their juice and pineapple can help gout - the ingredient bromelain comes from pineapple so it could help but you can also get just bromelain in capsule form from Vitamin Shoppe. I have also read that 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda in water helps if you take it at nite before you go to bed for a few days. Hope it helps!

  I can't say for sure, but I think quercetin is supposed to help gout. My clinical knowledge suggests that if you suffer from gout, a whole food plant based diet will greatly help you. You should Google T. Colin Campbell.

  I know vitamin A does, oregonal drops (orally) or the nasal spray, but it's hot stuff. I have been using the spray regularly now and have far less sinus headaches and allergy issues. But you got to get past the quick initial fizz and burn. You get used to it after awhile, for me it's worth the burn. I suggest checking online to see if Q and B are helpful, it certainly isn't harmful :)

  I've never used it for infections, but if there's an allergic component, it could certainly help. It definitely reduces the amount of mucous.

  I really don't know. I suppose if your infections are due to persistent allergy issues, it may help.
