I have trouble sleeping at night; racing thoughts and probably anxiety about not being able to possibly get to sleep. I take 3 Ashwagandha (470 MG each) and 2 L-Theanine (100 MG each) and my sleep quality has improved so much. All of these years I have been on medications to help me sleep and two trips to the Vitamin Shoppe with recommendations from the staff and I am sleeping so much better. I am thinking of adding Gaba to the mix or 5-HTP for even better results. Everyone is different in how much will work for them so do your research and experiment to find the right path for you.

Instantly gave me Migraines? Tried it for a few days and then could not do it? Who wants a headache every day? I was trying to push through but finally went to the vitamin Shoppe. I recently purchased these capsules, and after comparing it with some studies that I had found online, it seems that 4 capsules would be needed to get the recommended amount of withanolides. Has anyone tried this or know anything in regards to its safety? Thank you!

Best Answer:  I've been taking only 2 a day for quite a while - and it works for me. I tend to not take as much as the bottles call for; my philosophy is to take the least amount it helps and to not go overboard with anything.I think it depends on what you're taking it for. I read that it was a good energizer and have since read that it is also good for relaxation . . . so who knows?!

Best Answer:  I currently take this product but do not know. The bottle does not state as it is a private label product. The label only states it was manufactured for The Vitamin Shoppe located in North Bergen NJ which is consistent with all of the other Vitamin Shoppe products I have.
