Potent Relaxation & Stress Reduction Properties. Fast-Acting Cortisol Management. Enhanced Recovery. Promotes Insulin Sensitivity & Fat Loss Potential. Parasympathetic Nervous System Support.

Chronic stress can be detrimental to fat loss potential, muscle growth, sleep quality, recovery, quality of life, emotional stability, and just about an endless list of things. Gorilla Mind’s Calm helps shift the body into a parasympathetic state, supporting relaxation, nutrient partitioning, recovery, and rejuvenation.

In a world where many people are in a chronic state of stress, a concerted effort to achieve equilibrium between sympathetic (fight-or-flight) and parasympathetic (rest-and-digest) nervous system activity can be quite impactful on vitality, body composition, and even biomarkers.

If all the low hanging fruit like sleep, diet, and exercise are already covered and you are still stressed (from work, school, family, anything), over-trained, or in a steep calorie deficit, this is where something like Calm could be utilized as a supplement to regulate stress response.
