It taste bad but it's good for you.
Yes it tastes awful. I mix it with water and a little lemon juice. It helps me to get in my veggies for the day.

Definitely recommend for those w/ stomach issues
The taste is awful it's very greenie (obviously) and has a hint of kiwi. I drink it with water just to get the "full effect" and the reason I'm rating it 5/5 is because of the effect. I have major stomach problems and this takes it all away. Including bloating. I don't think I could survive the day without this.

      Good Deal / Tastes Great
The color is something of a turn-off - but the powder mixes well with my vegetarian protein mix and it tastes great. I've been using it daily for over a year now and I love the stuff.

      Helps with digestion and energy
I love this stuff!!! I have been using this for 2 years and it improved my digestion, bloating and energy. I think for taste is simple it tastes like green veggies. I use an electric stir and it liquified the power so that there are no clumps at the bottom. I only mix it with water and it tastes fine.

Although I feel this is probably a good product, I have not found anything it mixes well with. I find it really hard to choke down. I will try the tablets next.

      Awful taste
I returned these due to the taste. The associate wouldn’t allow me to exchange them for the flavored ones (same price) since I used a coupon on original purchase. I’ve canceled all my subscriptions and will shop elsewhere after the last few unpleasant experiences.

      A shopperMay 19, 2014

I'm not a nutritionist, but this product is for getting vitamins and nutrients into your body. Is it possible to lose weight by drinking this product, only is this is the only thing you are drinking. Couple this product with balanced meals and use it to drink as a mid-morn & mid-day snack.

This is a supplement of vitamins, minerals and other essentials for your body and brain. It is not a weightloss supplement. I have been using this specific brand since 2005 and it has helped improve my health dramatically.

        Hi,
This won't make you lose weight (unless it's all you eat!).
It energizes me and makes my skin look great.
The taste isn't for everyone, but I love it!
I mix it with almond milk and it's sweet and yummy.
      Take care!

It won't make you lose weight if it is a supplement to your regular diet.if you are substituting it for a meal, you could lose weight as it is low on calories.

You lose weight from being in a calorie deficit, so whether or not you lose weight from drinking this product is up to how YOU eat.
