Best Answer:  I'm not a nutritionist, but this product is for getting vitamins and nutrients into your body. Is it possible to lose weight by drinking this product, only is this is the only thing you are drinking. Couple this product with balanced meals and use it to drink as a mid-morn & mid-day snack.
