Must Have Hydration
True Athlete Balanced Hydration Powder is my must-have for workouts and outdoor activities. With stevia instead of sucralose and NSF certification, it's a safe choice for athletes. It mixes smoothly and offers essential hydration elements. Both flavors are good - I prefer Fruit Punch and the rest of my family likes Lemon Lime. Highly recommended.

Great Hydration Without the Sugar Rush
This hydrating powder with added minerals and vitamins plays an essential role in my daily routine. It turns regular water into a great tasting drink that ensures I am adequately hydrated throughout my day. I also love that they use stevia as a sweetner because I've noticed other hydration powders tend to use alternative sweetners that spike insulin.

Horrible!
When will lemon lime be back in stock? I really DO NOT like this AT ALL! It has a horrible aftertaste

Great but limited availability
Too bad it?s always out of stock. I used it to great effect to supplement a low carb diet. Much better tasting than lemon lime.

Helps me drink more water
This was recommended to me by a nutritionist. I love it, I drink way more water now. I used to use Mio drops to flavor my water, which was full of chemicals, this is a much better choice.

Great Hydration Powder
A terrific hydration electrolyte powder at a great price. Not bad on flavor but not hands down my favorite but for the price and the benefits, I love it!! Get it when it's on sale and so worth it!!

Cancer Treatments
My son-in-law who worked for the company recommended this product when I was going through cancer treatments. I was taking infusions due to the loss of vitamins and minerals; even going to the ER. Once I started drinking this product, within 36 hours I was feeling soo much better. I would recommend this to anyone that has to go through chemo and radiation; I even told my oncologists, so they could recommend it to others.

A must for pro athletes
The balance hydration powder is absolutely essential to me as an athlete. Keeping me hydrated while still tasting sweet. I definitely loved the fruit punch flavor especially when it’s mixed with ice cold water.

Best Answer:  No. This is a electrolyte formula. This brand also makes a “clean” pre-workout powder (ingredient list is rather minimalistic compared to many pre-workouts) that has beta alanine and caffeine in it if you want something to energize you for a workout. This product, however, just has a great assortment of electrolytes which can be enjoyed any time. In fact, a well-hydrated body performs much better than a dehydrated one.
