I was able to sit comfortably after 2 days
This was recommended to me by the PA in my Urologist's office. Evidently my bladder was not emptying and within a very short time after voiding, it was extremely uncomfortable to sit. After 2 days of taking 2000 mg daily, I was able to sit with no discomfort. I have had no side effects at all. I am 78 years old and I expect that I will take this forever. It was an incredible improvement!

Amazing!
This product was recommended by a nutritionist for a persistent UTI(over a year). The UTI turned out to be caused by e coli and this was his specific recommendation. I had had full relief in 2 weeks!

No doubt a good product, but be aware of possible side effects if you take this.
This supplement was recommended by an RN who found it helpful, as described on the label. However, for me it a side effect: loose and urgent bowel movements. I had to stop taking it.

Best Answer:  I was taking 4 different vitamins, this being one of them, for frequent bladder infections. None of them helped. I had to resort to a daily antibiotic.
