Up in weight and GI discomfort
Will not buy again, if I could return I would. It mixes great but doesn't agree with my stomach. I have taken 5mg gummies from different company, didn't go up in weight or have any boat at all the 2 months using. I wanted to save on sugar/addictives so I wanted to try a powder creapure... Extremely gassy/bloated with discomfort for over a week since using.

Mixes easy and does not cause stomach discomfort or any side effects at all. It is affordable for German Creatine. Gives you a few extra reps. . More weight on the bar. Better recovery between sets.
