It works!
I am only in my third week of taking this product so my observations are limited. I don't know how but this stuff works. I don't think about food all the time. I feel fuller when I eat and therefore, eat less. I don't feel as bloated as I usually do. I also am finding myself making healthier food choices. Gentle on the stomach. Experiencing less bloating. I've tried others, like Seed. I felt literal pain taking those. I love that it's just one a day and, unless it's a placebo effect, O do feel slightly trimmer.

Great product!
I have suffered from constipation for my entire life - going to the bathroom only every 10-14 days with a lot of meds and help. I found this after someone suggested trying something with akkermansia in it. I'm not even a month in and I'm going 2-3x a week. I'm 100% sold and am recommending to my patients as well! I've never imagined it would work!!!

Try it. You will love this product.
I've been on my acid reflex meds for years. I wanted to get off of them so I decided to try this. And I absolutely love it. I take it every morning as far as the GLP is concerned no weight has been lost, but I feel like it gives me a little energy, but it helps my stomach tremendously.

Found my new go to!
I been on this about 2 weeks now. I take this in the evening and drink a lot of water. I notice that I don't wake up starving and for what is worth my hot flashes have stopped. I'm not bloated and have a bit more energy. I will say drinking water with this is key for me and easy because that is my normal. I've been switching between a number of probiotics and this is WORKING!!!! And the price it right on time!

Yes, this really works
Absolutely thrilled with this product! Over 60 female with a metabolism on the decline but not the appetite!! I noticed after 10 days I was no longer thinking about food and I was becoming fuller faster and eating less. FINALLY back on track and the diet and exercise is working again.
