Where has this been all my life?!!! I've struggled with mainly anxiety and depression for the majority of my life. I'm 27 now and for the last few years I've been making making my mental health a priority. I've been trying literally everything and everything to build a better lifestyle and live with a more positive mindset but that requires time and patience which of course it's worth everything. We all deserve a wonderful life full of joy and love. At the start of this year I decided to quit smoking weed for good. I always used the excuse that it was helping me relieve my anxiety but as the years went by it just kept me stuck without making no progress always struggled to make any real improvement and growth. I was in the darkest time in my adulthood and when I quit it was very very difficult but I reached out for help and joined a group that has been helping me move forward with my life and stay sober. It can be difficult when your body is not catching up with your mind but recently I found this product through tik tok and decided to head to the Vitamin Shoppe where I've purchased great products before. I took it with the intention of it helping overall with my mood and take some of my stress and hopefully worries away. This product has done more than just helped my mood completely but I've been falling asleep pretty much as soon as I lay in bed which is something that I wasn't expecting at all. My sleep has been another thing that has come from anxiety, I toss and turn and have always struggled with sleep. You have no idea how amazing it feels to finally get good quality sleep and not have to lay in bed overthinking my whole life and the waking up the next day feeling completely drained before I even get up from bed. It's only been like 3 days of me taking it and it works instantly!! I will never take my sleep or mental health for granted again I'm truly so grateful. Make sure you're also eating well and doing other things to help yourself as this will only enhance your experience. Don't expect to take supplements and think it will save you, you also need to do the work and know that you're going to get better!! DO NOT HESITATE this has saved my life!!!

I love this product. I've never been a great sleeper but adding this into my nightly routine has helped me get a full 8 hours and not wake up feeling foggy or "hungover". I've tried melatonin and tart cherry (other options) but I prefer L Theanine because it works well and doesn't give me a day after tired hangover effect.

Helps me relax and get great sleep!

I used this in the past with caffeine to prevent jitters and anxiety caused by caffeine. I quit caffeine over a month ago, and that removed most of the anxiety, but I started to become very stressed and overwhelmed and frustrated, I felt broken. I bought these knowing they would help, and they definitely do. I notice when I skip it at breakfast I'm really frustrated by the end of the day, and if I take it with each meal, I have a more relaxed attitude, and things just don't bother me as much (I have a 4 and a 6 year old, so frustrating moments are common). I plan to keep using it to help my anxiety and stress levels, until I feel it's no longer necessary. I'd recommend to anyone who struggles with increasing stress or anxiety. I'd also recommend quitting caffeine. :)

I started taking two capsules per day, one in the morning with my coffee, and one in the evening after dinner. It's been a stressful few months and I found the addition of the L-theanine helpful in maintaining focus and especially the quality of my sleep. Great price too; would purchase again.

Good brand! This L-theanine calms my racing thoughts. I take 2 at night to help me stop all the questions and concerns that come from reading too much news at night. I pray and have faith, too. And I take 2 L-theanine and 1 mg Melatonin. I'm 58, and I have menopausal sleep issues. This stuff works. I bought a small bottle to try it and now I need a bigger bottle. PS I gave a second small bottle to my friend. She took one during the day and fell asleep, lol.
