Antioxidant supplement
There isn't a lot of data regarding Lycopene as a supplement. It is and antioxidant found in red or pink fruits and veggies. So far, no side effects from use. I usually take one during a meal that consists of red or pink veggies.

I've seen other offerings of Lycomato that list much higher amount of Lycomato (e.g., 100 mg), but specify that only 10 - 15 mg of that total is Lycopene. Does this product contain 15 mg of Lycopene or 15 mg of Lycomato (or is there no difference)?
