Good taste and mixes well
I've tried different whey protein powder mixes and the brand does matter. When I make shakes it mixes very well and doesn't clump up or have too much of an overwhelming taste. Keep doing a good job and I'll keep choosing products from ON.

Best Answer:  I see Maltodextrin and modified food starch listed on the ingredients, both of which are sometimes made from wheat products. So unless otherwise listed by the company, I'd stay away from this if you have gluten issues.

Best Answer:  I use this product every morning 1 scoop of this and 1 scoop of isopure vanilla. I hope they do not change this product because it is excellent . It is like chocolate milk ...but has the value of eating meat . Love it.

Best Answer:  Not sure but it is some artificial sweetner. It is a low carb product. My doctor told me to be wary of protein drinks because many have tons of sugar. You can tell from the ratio of carbs to protein this doesn't.

Best Answer:  The only thing that is going to make you "bulk up" is maintaining a calorie surplus. If you want to lose weight(fat) you have to stay in a calorie deficit. This a a good alternative to a regular meal when you are short on time and can't prepare something to eat. Just remember; calories in must be less than calories out in order to lose fat.
