Strong Product!

Noticeable Benefits for Me
I love this product and have recommended it to several friends. The capsules are easy to swallow and have no unpleasant after taste. So many vitamins and supplements do good things for us behind the scenes, but not necessarily on a level at which we are consciously aware. However, this product had noticeable benefits for me. My digestive system became more stable & less sensitive than it had been previously. I also had less bloating, and over the months I lost a few pounds without having changed my eating and exercise habits. Probiotics are definitely a long-term addition to my health maintenance routine.

Love love gut health
It?s hard to find a probiotic as potent as this one using only one pill. Most of the time you have to take multiple for the same amount of flora so this was a huge win to me. There was no bad taste, it made my gut feel so soothed and helped a lot with my digestion. The pills were so tiny and I loved the convenience of only needing to take one.

High strain count
High count of strains is what I look for, and this has it. One a day seems to help keep my functions on track, and I appreciate the package information as well. Mornings seems to work best to take it.

Works
Works great and helps with the occasional gastrointestinal issue. I have been using for a couple of weeks and I see improvement in my gut health.
I would recommend to anyone who has occasional constipation.

No better product out there
I have been a solid customer of this probiotic for years. I originally saw an ad on TV and decided to try it since I was having stomach and constipation problems. The 50 billion product was definitely a big help and I took that for several years. I moved to the 100 billion the past year and it continues to keep me on track.

It can take a while for a probiotic to show specific physical symptoms but I like the natural ingredients and so far I really like how I feel on this probiotic! I will continue to take this probiotic.

Do you have to keep this product in the fridge?

Best Answer:  Some people say you are supposed to keep probiotics in the fridge to keep them cool so that, I believe, more of the cultures have a chance of surviving/staying potent, then if you don't keep them cool. Supposedly, there is less of a chance of them staying potent if you do not keep them cool. In my use of these products, I have not noticed a difference in effectiveness if they are refrigerated or not. Plus, take into consideration when they are shipped from Vitamin Shoppe, or wherever, they do not ship them to you cool. In fact, I have had them shipped in the summer when it is super hot in the UPS truck or USPS truck and I have not noticed a difference. If probiotics definitely need to be shipped and kept cool, Vitamin Shoppe owes me a lot of money, then.

Best Answer:  Ultimate Flora is a great product. I take one everyday; right before I eat breakfast. Once you open the bottle, its best to keep it in the refrigerator. If you are taking medication (especially antibiotics), I would take 2-3 a day. I usually gauge it by how my colon is doing. You cannot overdose on Probiotics. When I need to take them in large quantities, I used to take 6-8 a day. But that was the lower count probiotic. Its not always how much is in there but the different types of flora that are in the probiotic. The only product that I have seen out there with the most number of strains is this name brand. If you know you will be going on antibiotics, I would start taking more right away. The antibiotics kill the good flora. This product replaces what has been killed off. I hope this was helpful to you.
