Proven to prevent frequent bathroom trips
I've been taking Saw Palmetto in a similar product label for 30years. It absolutely prevents me from waking up too early due to the strong feeling of a full bladder when it's not full. I get normal full sleep with this supplement. No more frequent trips to the bathroom. That also means it prevents having to dart into a bathroom while traveling

  When looking up information on Saw Palmetto, there are positive and negative reviews so it can be confusing to sift through all the hype. This is what we found on a government website: Saw palmetto doesn’t shrink the overall size of the prostate, but it seems to shrink the inner lining that puts pressure on the tubes that carry urine. My husband decided to give it a try since a friend used it and had good results. He is just finishing his first bottle and, without changing his normal habits of what he drinks, is not getting up to 'go' as often as he was. Since I find the Vitamin Shoppe brand consistently reliable and high quality, I switched him to this product. It usually takes at least two months to see results with herbal supplements and vitamins so we hope there will be more improvement to come. Wishing you good health and hope this info helps!

  My friend has been taking it for years and he says yes. He ran out and I bought some at Wal-Mart and he wasn't happy with it. But he didn't want to be without it. I know a doctor friend who started it at my friend's recommendation. He is still taking it,

  Yes, it really works for me. I've been taking it for years. I take only 160 ml each day. Without it my urine flow is reduced/restricted. Interestingly, if I take 320 ml I lose all benefit from it. You will need to experiment. Best wishes.
