Helps so much with sleep
This is the only thing I've found that seems to have made any kind of significant change to my ability to sleep. It took about a month before I noticed a change. And I still have occasional nights where I wake up and can't fall back to sleep. But looking at the average amount of sleep I was getting last year compared to this year, this is the only thing that has made a true improvement.

Doesn't really do it
I am disappointed to say that I'm not finding this supplement to be helping me stay asleep. What's missing, for me, is that if I wake up to go to bathroom, my brain starts going and I don't easily calm back down. I was hoping it would enable me to feel more 'brain quiet' for lack of a better phrase, for a good 6-7 hours. But I will say that I seem to get a solid 3-4 hours without waking up.

I am not certain if I can take 3 capsules or if 2 is the max. My metabolism tends to become used to a dosage after a period of use, and it becomes less effective. Otherwise, I very much like your products, and will continue to purchase them. Thank youl

The Sleep I Didn't know I Was Missing
Tried some of my girlfriend's SleepThru the night before I had to catch an early flight and I slept amazing! I didn't realize that I was having trouble falling/staying asleep but with the help of this supplement I wake up feeling well rested and ready for the day.
