Directions

Do not exceed recommended daily intake. Use only as directed. Taking one-half [1/2] scoop mixed with 8-10 ounces of water, 20-30 minutes before training to determine tolerance. If increased intensity is desired, take one [1] level scoop mixed with 10-12 ounces of water 20-30 minutes before training. Do not exceed 2 scoops per day.
