Better than 6 Star regular creatine tabs from Walmart.
Excellent is creatine monohydrate.But it doesn't support me enough.So I changed dramatically to German Creatine.

Not soluble
This creatine is not soluble at all, very annoying.. tried to mix it with my protein or electrolytes drinks to make it less noticeable or hoping that it would dissolve better but it doesn't..

It's creatine but it's accurate portion sizes
No after taste and the scoop actually gives you 5 or + more grams of creatine. It's accurate unlike most brands where their scoops only give you 2-3 grams.

Solid choice for Monohydrate
For those who are choosing a creatine, monohydrate does not mix as well with liquid compared to HCL, but studies show it's proven effectiveness and you get more bang for your buck compared to HCL. Add a scoop to your protein shake and you won't notice the granular consistency. Just my personal preference.

Awful
This product does the job but it is a struggle every time. Even without doing the loading phase, one scoop of this product leaves you with a chemical taste. I taste it even when I mix one scoop in a 32 oz bottle. No matter how much I shake it, and for how long, it changes the water color to white and collects residue at the bottom. I would not buy this brand again.
