Good and convenient
This is probably the most convenient way to take creatine (in my opinion) so that's what I like. You need at least 5 grams a day so 6 pills is kind of a lot and the container doesn't last long. Powder may be the best bang for your buck but capsules are easier to maintain consistency! When you use it right you will notice a difference in strength and pump.

It works but.
These do definitely work! I’m a very skinny guy trying to gain weight and bulk up so I never lifted weights before or did push ups or any excercises but after taking these huge pills I felt like Superman I was definitely able to push harder in my workouts and weight lifting. I have even seen a difference in my mass and definition in my arms! However! These pills are huge! And the loading phase is ridiculous 7 pills 4 times a day!!!!!! Who wants to do that? I hate that it requires so much swallowing of huge pills but YES! They do work.

Dont waste your time.
Although this product does work the dosage and amount of capsules are problematic, and the cost is not worth the low quality grade. If you take the recommended amount of pills during the loading phase like it tells you to and you bought the 100 capsule bottle you will not even have enough pills to last through the loading phase. & pills four times a day is a lot to swallow, next time ill just buy a powder thats cheaper with cheaper grams per cent. BTW 3 pills only equals to 2.25 grams of creatine which is very little for the amount of pills.

Good Product
I work out 2 to 3 times a week. I take 3 caps before I work out, 2 on off days. I always take less than what the bottle says to take. In saying that,these caps prob work even better. I have good energy at the gym and get that little extra 'pump' I'm looking for. Have no cons.

Best Answer:  Back of bottle says:
Loading Phase: Take seven (7) capsules four (4) times daily with 8-12 oz water.
Maintenance Phase: Days 6 and beyond: Take three (3) to five (5) capsules daily with 8-12 oz of water.
Your body already produces creatine, and you also get it from foods like chicken and beef, so loading is not completely necessary. But, the more you take, the faster the results. Also, once you start taking creatine your body will stop producing it, and when you stop taking creatine, your body will start producing it almost immediately.
I went a little deep into the answer, but I hope it was helpful anyways.

Best Answer:  3 pills = 2.25 grams. So 6 = 4.5g which is the closest to where you are trying to be. If you took 7 pills you'd be at 5.25g

Best Answer:  Yes I've using thos product for over two yrs now it work great . you have to load up on it at the beginning to get it into your system plus drink plenty of water when taking this. If your going the gym 3days a wk, 3-5 tabs 3x in a day morning before breakfast lunch and then after your workout. Hope this helps.

Best Answer:  The powder form is vegetarian and vegan friendly. The capsule form would contain the same powder, however the capsule used to contain the creatine is gelatin based, which would not be vegan friendly.

Best Answer:  Bottle says to take 7 capsules 4 times a day (28 total) for the first 5 days which equates to 140 capsules. Then you just take 3-5 a day after that for maintenance. You could probably skim it down to the full bottle of 100 capsules for the loading phase and be just fine. Definitely buy two bottles though to start.
