Great Product
This is one of the best supplements that I have used to help my hair grow. The supplement has helped to make my hair thicker and helped to reduce the thinning of hair in certain areas on my scalp. I now get compliments on the thickness of my hair. It does not upset my stomach and no side effects for me. I recommend it to other women if they are experiencing thinning hair as they get older.

Keratin for Hair
Seems to work but trying a different VS product for Hair. It did help hair but not skin and nails. I'd recommend for hair only but something stronger is needed for nails. Many women with hypothyroidism have weak nails. This didn't help my condition.

Seemed to help but too much biotin for my system
Ironically I had been taking this vitamin for years up until it went out of stock and my auto-delivery was canceled. Although I prefer veggie caps, I faithfully took this for years however when I couldn't get my order I noticed after a few weeks my skin was different. Better even. I believe it's the biotin so I'd assume I am sensitive and will no longer take this. I haven't noticed much difference in my hair since stopping this supplement, hair still seems healthy and strong.

Capsules are much larger in 2020
The last time I took these was from 2015 to about 2018 then switched to Biotin from Costco. These Keratin pills made my hair grow quickly and long within a year and I felt they worked extremely well. So now in 2020 I have decided to try these again since I am trying to grow my hair back after cutting it in 2019 due to damage. I've been taking them less than a month and I dont know why but I could swear these capsules are much larger than they used to be and I have a hard time swallowing them which kind of irks me. Time will tell if the formula is still the same where my hair will grow fast but for the time being I am willing to open each capsule and pour the powder in liquid in order to safely take them.

Keratin for Hair
There have been no noticeable changes to the health of my hair since I have started this supplement one month ago. I will continue using it for another month, at which point, if there are still no noticeable changes to the health of my hair I will be looking for a full refund from the Vitamin Shoppe.

Best Answer:  You need to make sure you have a deficiency before taking this vitamin. Please make sure you talk to your doctor before starting supplements like this because they can cause you more harm than good. I do not believe it made my hair loss worse, but neither did it help.
