Totally recommended really great product
My nails are stronger when I take this. If stop for a few months I can feel my nails weak and brittle. My friend told me to take this and my hair, skin and nails are so much better and healthier. I buy in bundles cause we use a lot between my wife and I we feel great and we look great.

Best Answer:  It definitely strengthen mine!! I wore my hair in braids for the summer and it grew so much with the presence of Biotin, I would suggest taking MSM also to lengthen your hair cycle also. However, if you have acne prone skin MSM might make you break out. My nails also grew A LOT longer, I was not even trying to grow my nails out and now I have fantastic nails and hair

i purchased biotin a few months ago but never got around to taking it, i accident ran across an article that said sulfur is in biotin, i am allergic to sulfur. how can i find out if sulfur is in this particular brand of biotin?

Solgar is an Amazing Brand. I had a question one time and I called Solgar and I was able to talk to a very intelligent man about my question.
I believe he was the CEO of Solgar. He was very nice and he answered my question completely. He or someone else will be happy to help you with your question. I'm sure you will be guided to the Best option where, if available, they will recommend biotin without sulfur.

I just bought this brand today, but I am wondering is there any difference betwwen the 10,000 and the 5,000 MCC's?

Best Answer:  The only difference is the higher dose . I did have a lot of breakouts when taking the 10,000 MCG's so I went back to the lower dose. Just drink lots of water when taking it.

HI I have biotin 1000, still my hair not growing, if change take 10000mcg would my hair grow fast and cover the spots wher hair do not grow as fast. I'm force to cut because it does not seem to grow over the spot/hole in some parts of my hair? I would like more hair and not cut it down to match with spot/holes.help I want more/long hair!!!

Best Answer:  I'm on my 2nd bottle of 10,000 MCG Biotin. My nails are stronger, but I still can't say about my hair. I already have long hair which is totally white. I'm just trying to maintain it because once the hair changes like mine did over the years it does become finer and seems not as thick. Hang in and keep using it. Sometimes it just takes a little longer for some of us to see results. I hope this helps.
