I tried to make an order with the Vitamin Shoppe during a buy one get one half off sale and the online system would let me complete the transaction, then automatically and immediately canceled my order. I tried it multiple times wit two different methods of payment, both working for other online orders, but it continued to cancel my orders. Then I sent them an email about the problem and weeks later have not received a response.

Taste awful
I have been buying this product and it predecessors for many years. They now smell and taste horrible, and they seem to be missing a coating that used to make them easier to swallow. I am returning them.

Although this product doesn't state the type of cinnamon, the Ultimate Woman 50+ shows "Cassia," cinnamon that has a large amount of coumarin, a highly toxic compound that causes liver damage, compared to Cylon cinnamon, which has almost none. I have been asking, emailing, calling and not one reply in 2 weeks from the "produce information department" or "research and development" whether the cinnamon bark extract (some processes purify, others don't) here contains coumarin, and if so, how much. Can't anyone elaborate or help?

Best Answer:  I believe that what they want you to do is to take one tablet three times a day. It is better if you take them with meals also. That is how I gave them to my husband.

Recommended 3 times daily. Should all 3 be taken at the same time with a meal, such as breakfast ? I would think yes as each pill has 1/3 of the amount per serving. Any comments ?

Best Answer:  I'm not an attorney nor health expert. I am over 50 and consider a quality multi-vitamin/dietary supplement part of a healthy regiment. Sorry - I just keep it simple and also keep it moving. It's better to have the magnesium that not.
