They are ok I just wish they were a bit smaller. It does have a bit of an aftertaste and your pee is bright yellow after you take the vitamin so drink lots of water after you take it.

These are good vitamins I suppose. They will make your urine very yellow. In fact, the urine will glow under UV light. Try it out. It's a hoot.

These are pretty rough
The pills are HUGE. Like, comically large. They smell awful, and taste awful too. Take it so you can't taste it? You will be burping that taste no matter what. Makes me feel ungodly nauseous rest of the day too.

I purchased this item because I could not find "One Daily with Lutein & Lycopene" at the vitamin shoppe, the sales person said it was replaced by this one. But when I looked online the "One Daily with Lutein & Lycopene" is still available. "Is it as good or better than this one? I was reviewing the contents. they are similar bur different.
