Cherri, yes I have taken 5000mg biotin for almost a year now. My hair stylist put these on to me. Not only for hair growth but also for nail growth. You will see a differrence! I just take one tablet daily, 5000mg is enough. I hope that my response will help you.

  I wouldn't say I have more hair, but my hair seems to not fallout as easily. I use rograine, and do revage hair treatments as well. I use Keratase shampoo and their other hair products - I highly recommend these.
