Awesome Thyroid Supplement
I was first diagnosed with low thyroid about 17 years ago and used a prescribed Synthroid for a couple of years before I found the Gaia Thyroid Support. I have used this faithfully since then and my thyroid has remained in a normal range since that time.

Energy!
I had stopped taking this and the adrenal formulas for about 3 months. Then one day, I was thinking wow, I really just don't have the energy I use to have. Then it dawned on me and I reordered both. Within a few days I felt like my old self - waking up with energy and a good attitude. It really proved to me that they work for me. It wasn't like magic the next day. It was me waking up and feeling like I had energy and remembering I'd started those two!
I trust and rely on Gaia products. They're excellent quality and as they are liquid in the capsules, I feel like I absorb them very well! Thanks, Gaia!

Effective Support
I've been taking this for about four weeks & it's been a great support. I've been working on healing my thyroid over the past six months & have cycled through several different brands, some that have been ineffective. When I have time I do like to make my own thyroid support blends but this has been an excellent product.
