Best Answer:  Personally, this product has helped me lose weight. I drink one a day in place of dinner or breakfast (depending on when I work out). Make a shake right after a tough workout to curb cravings - helps me avoid snacking in the hours after the workout! I recommend using almond milk and a frozen banana. If you're still feeling hungry, try adding a tablespoon of chia seeds or ground flax. Just note the seeds are higher in calories (but lots of fiber to keep you full), so I only add those after a very hard endurance workout like swimming or long bike rides.

Best Answer:  For me, I just use one scoop instead of the suggested two scoops. With about 16 oz of coconut milk and 3 teaspoons of chia seeds, I let it sit in the fridge until about lunch time. By that time, the chia seeds have given the concoction enough bulk and thickness

Best Answer:  I personally would not drink ANYTHING 3x per day instead of regular food unless your doctor tells you to. The Raw Meal is not intended to be an end all be all diet. To deal with your ibs maybe you should see a nutritionist who can advise you on healthy foods that won't irritate your condition. Besides, I think you would get really tired of just drinking Raw Meal 24/7. It doesn't taste that good. Just my opinion....

Best Answer:  2 level scoops/16oz. liquid. The powder is rather slow to mix/disolve so get a "supplement drink mixer" bottle with a wire mixing ball included. Raw Meal is a tasty meal substitute so I just work it in mid day. A tad extra water will aid in the mixing but too much water = too much water! I used it recently when we had lost power due to a storm, it was getting after supper time and I was hungry. With flashlight in hand and candles burning I made a quick nourishing meal. And it tasted good as well!
