Seems to be helpful
The ointment does seem to soothe a cramping area though by the time I walk to get it, the muscle may have straightened out on its own. I have noticed that the cramp doesn?t seem to return after using Hyland?s. I plan to keep it on hand.

This works really well. Sometimes I wake up in the middle of the night with severe leg cramps. I rub some of the ointment on the area, and it relaxes the cramps. I love this ointment!

Foot cramp relief
I am getting foot cramps in my right foot and left big toe, very weird. It is not from a deficiency...it's from a serious back surgery I had on July 2nd. The nerve is being disturbed by daily activities and that is causing it. This is a messy thing to apply but it helps for about 2 hours. This is nerve pain induced cramping and it's BAD. I suspect that for regular deficiency cramps this will work well. If I wake up again I use a liquid product by TRACE, "NO muscle cramps", tastes nasty but it works the best of all. Vit Shop sells this.

it seems to work
This cream seems to work. I put it on my feet before I go to bed and have much fewer nights with cramps. Personally I do not like the smell but I generally like unscented products.

Works fast!
Works like magic on the 3 a.m. horrible, tight cramps that start in my ankle & goes to my knee. When combined with the Hyland’s Leg Cramp PM tablets, this is my go-to remedy to get back to bed & asleep within 10-15 minutes!

Best Answer:  It works great when my hamstrings cramp up. It relaxes the muscles within 3-4 minutes of applying. Used also a lot on my lower legs, front and back, and my feet.

Best Answer:  It works more as a daily preventive than as an acute remedy. Warm Epsom salt baths followed by an application of the Leg Cramps cream would be my recommendation.
