Like no other!

Great for better sleep
I use Melatonin to help me go to sleep and this sustained release formula helps me stay asleep all night long and even fall back to sleep if I have to get up in the middle of the night for any reason. I've been using this brand for a few years now and I swear by it.

Sustained release is good, but takes very long to start
Sustained release is good, but takes very long to start. Compared to regular melatonin 3 mg tablets, which take about 15-30 minutes to work, these sustained release tablets take about 1-1.5 hours to work, but do keep me asleep for at least 5 hours.

Does Not Work
Took this for a week straight as directed. I found I was wide awake. Increased to 4 and still wide awake. I don't drink caffeine or eat sugar either so I don't understand why these don't work! Wasted my money!

Can tell when I forget to take it!
I take one of these every night and have for a couple years now. If I am traveling and run out or I somehow forget to take one, I will almost always have a fitful night of sleep that night. That tells me that it really does work!
