Great Product
I've been taking this product for about a year and a half. In 2019 and 2021 my bone density diagnosis was osteoporosis. Last week (mid March 2025) my bone density results improved. The diagnosis is Osteopena. I take 1200mg of this product and exercise regularly. I'm very pleased with the results.

The pills are great . As a 86 year old I need good obsorbtion calcium . I do prefer the slim tabs which is why I didn't give it a 5 star rating

I love the bone strength tiny tabs??

Easy to swallow all in one pill
The new chapter nine strength tabs are so good they don't have a bad scent to them either and work so good for strong healthy bones include vitamin K2 and fermented D3 and vegetarian. 3 in one bone joint and heart support in one tablet

Works good for the knee and bones
These work the packaging is nice it's a glass bottle I like glass bottles for pills the ingredients are great the effectiveness also is great I had knee problems were my bones in my knee will hurt and then my knees will get stiff since starting taking these pills they don't hurt like they used to the taste is ok

The packaging is normal, the ingredients are very good according to the description, the size of the tablet seems great to me since I struggle to take them, it has no flavor.

Easy to swallow tablets
I just started taking these a few weeks ago and love that they're so much easier to swallow than Citracal. I wish they had more magnesium and vitamin k in them. Calcium to magnesium ratio is supposed to be 2:1, so I'm still taking another supplement for the magnesium and k2.
