Favorite shake
These are my favorite protein shakes. The flavors are good, they dissolve pretty smoothly and they seem to do all they claim. I have been using them for the last 3 years. Definitely one the best on the market for females too.

Garden of Life FIT powder is the CREAM OF THE CROP
Garden of Life Fit powder is far & away the best shake mix you can get. It tastes great and is the most nutrient-dense shake in the "real food" category.
The only drawback is that it's a little bit grainy/gritty when you drink it. Small price to pay for the value it has.

Best Protein Supplement
Been using for years! Very natural so yes it's not sweet or has sugary additives. I add OJ, or milk with banana, or any fruit and it taste amazing! High Protein, low calorie, curbs hunger and great for my digestive system. Also, Great alternative for breakfast or post workout shake!

Disappointed
I was excited about using this product. I didnt mind the taste or texture. The issue I have is within 30 mins of drinking it , my stomach swelled and bloated leaving me feeling terrible. I wasted over $60 . Disappointed !

Helpful Weight-loss Tool!
I've been using this on and off for years, but recently did a hard reset on my diet and exercise routine. Using this protein powder and exercising 4x a week, I've lost 17lbs in 6 weeks without losing any muscle mass! It's a bit gritty, but I don't mind it. My go-to blend is 10 oz of unsweetened vanilla almond milk with 1/2 cup frozen fruit. I usually take it 30 minutes before a workout, and I use it as a meal replacement when I have a ton of errands to run and I don't want to get hungry while running around.

Way too much Sodium
I've been using this for a while until I noticed how much sodium was in it. Per serving there is 210mg of sodium. For one I think it's totally unnecessary and two, I have high blood pressure? So I'm discontinuing my subscription to this protein shake.

Best Answer:  One a day is good. If you drink 2 per day and have a nutritious meal ( for the 3rd meal), you will likely loose weight. I was able to loose 40 pounds, over 6 or 8 months.
