the bottle reads " Suggested Use: as a dietary supplement for adults, take one(1) to two (2) softgels daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.

Best Answer:  I do not have the bottle on-hand. I suggest you look it up online. I found 2 answers, one said unsaturated, another said poly unsaturated. Take your pick.
