Directions

As a dietary supplement for adults, take 0.5 mL (5 mg) or 1.0 mL (10 mg) at bedtime as Melatonin may produce drowsiness, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Calibrated dropper inside.

Insomnia relief!
The BEST OTC melatonin (5mg) to help sleep (30 mins) with insomnia issues. I've tried several brands of gummies and melting tabs and nothing worked like this one. I like that you can lessen or increase the dosage by 1mg.

Most Effective Melatonin I’ve Tried
I suffer from insomnia and I’ve tried numerous sleep aids, including different types of melatonin. I find Solgar’s Liquid Melatonin 10 MG to be the best—great taste, I fall asleep quickly, and I do not feel groggy in the morning. Highly recommend!

An Excellent Product
I've had sleep issues most of my life. Couple that with anxiety and depression... a lot of times it's hard to sleep. I prefer to take a natural approach vs prescription meds or OTC (diphenhydramine). This works well and kicks in pretty quickly (~15 minutes). I wish it would last longer. I do think it is a bit sweet tasting. I have used it off an on for years now so I am used to it now.

finally something that works fast for good sleep
I love the Melatonin liquid, it bypasses the stomach and gets right into your bloodstream to make me drowsy and help keep me asleep during the night, even when I have to get up to pee.
