I have been taking this product for almost a month. Yes, it do work but you have to follow a balanced meal. You can’t eat junk all day and expect the medicine to work miracles. I have lost almost 15 pounds while taking this with a proper diet, drinking lots of water and exercising. While taking this medicine I have noticed that I was feeling light headed, dizzy and feeling like vomiting. That’s the only reason why I gave this 3 stars but other than that this works.

It works for me!
For this to work, you must follow the instructions. Take this 30 minutes before meals, and you probably will not want your meal, but eat as much as you can. You will eventually eat less and less. Don't make force yourself to eat more.

  It varies, depending on your body. A lot of people do see results within the first week or two. Some people, it takes a little bit longer. But as long as you're consistent with the pills and directions, you'll see results. It is even better to try eating healthier and maybe get a little exercise in here and there. It's all about how badly you want it & how much you try. But this product definently helps in as many ways possible.
