Omg. I generally love Viitamin shoppes products. But this is the Fish oil repeating express . This has never happened to me before I tried this brand. . But 25 minutes after ingestion. This comes back in a vicious way . I just gave them away to who can try to tolerate it

No Complaints
I've used 3 or more VS Omega 3 Fish Oil products, and Carlson's and Nordic Naturals (liquid and capsule), for cognitive health and psoriasis. I chew and discard the capsules, never burp. Also, this product did not cause body odor that some do. When I discontinue use, I notice my memory decline.

Great Product!
Gives me what I need from a fish oil at a reasonable price. I have used several different fish oil products over the years, and I find this one to be at the top. A name I trust, reasonably priced, and no fishy burps!!!

When I purchased this product in 2013, the label clearly stated "molecularly distilled".
The 2014 product label does not say this.

The product label says "Purity Assured * Molecularly Distilled." However, it is not saying the magic words "mercury-free." Also, being free of PCBs and dioxins would be desirable. Is it in fact free of these toxins? Thanks.

Best Answer:  FWIW, it does say they're made from sardines and anchovies. According to the NRDC, those fish are on the list containing the least amount of mercury (won't let me post the link, but google mercury levels in fish). In general, the smaller the fish (or lower on the food chain), the less toxin accumulation.
